E3 provides a clear path for eligible sophomores and juniors to engage in activities, workshops, and concrete projects that intentionally build confidence and leadership skills across a diverse segment of the Oakland Catholic student population. Inspired by the example of St. Joan of Arc, the program encourages students to view leadership as a calling from Christ to serve and to have the courage to embrace leadership roles.
Students in the program are expected to demonstrate how, as leaders, they can serve and embolden others for the greater good of the school community. Through opportunities for prayer, service, career development, team projects, and personal growth, participants are challenged to live out the Gospel values of courage, humility, and stewardship while becoming women who lead with purpose and faith.Those who successfully fulfill all requirements earn an E3 - the OC Leadership Initiative Certificate and will be recognized formally at Honors Convocation.
