Garden Club

Learn to appreciate nature, grow a garden, medicinal uses of herbs, and share recipes with OC's Garden Club. Have fun planting annuals and perennials and do various crafts.

Activities done in the past:

• Had guest speakers teach about herbs and their healing power
• Planted tulips and daffodils in the planters outside the cafeteria
• Made lip balm using different ingredients
• Had tea parties and made teas out of different herbs
• Made Christmas wreaths out of dried or artificial flowers and tree branches
   
• Who: Any student or teacher interested in gardening
• When: Once a month - dates to be determined
• Where: Room J201 or outside by the cafeteria
• Time: 2:45 - 3:30 p.m.
