School Counseling

The Oakland Catholic Counseling Department supports the school's overall mission by helping develop the skills needed for lifelong learners.

In collaboration and connection with the administration, faculty, staff, students, parents, and stakeholders, the Counseling Department works to support the education and growth of our students through programs addressing academic needs, college guidance, career exploration, and personal and social development.

Oct 22: SAT vs. ACT Information Night

The program will be held at 6:30 pm in the DiNardo Lecture Hall. Test experts David Cerniglia and Phil McCaffrey from 3RPrep will present on the SAT, ACT: how to know which test to take, when and how to prepare, and more. Register here.

Oct 28: Financial Aid Info Session

The information session will be held at 7 pm in the McGonigle Theater at CCHS. The event is for CCHS and OCHS parents. Two representatives from CMU's Office of Admission who specialize in the financial aid process will speak. Register here.
