Liturgy & Prayer

“Pray without ceasing.” 1 Thes 5:17

Prayer is nothing short of being in relationship with God. It anchors our spirituality, scholarship and service in a life of deepening wisdom and reflection. Prayer unites us in Christ, brings us closer as a community, reminds us that we are part of a bigger plan, that we have great worth, and allows us to live our lives with greater discernment, peace and understanding.

Weekly Friday Adoration

“When you look at the Crucifix, you understand how much Jesus loved you then. When you look at the Sacred Host you understand how much Jesus loves you now.” --St. Teresa of Calcutta

Each grade has the opportunity once a month to spend time with Our Lord in Adoration. In our mission to grow in spirituality and closer to Christ, time with the Eucharist allows for a personal experience of reflection, prayer and peace in the midst of our busy lives.

Reconciliation is offered frequently throughout the school year. During annual class retreats, Reconciliation services in Advent and Lent, the Kairos Retreat and on Mission Trips, students can avail of this beautiful sacrament of healing.

Eucharistic Ministry

Seniors have an opportunity to serve as Eucharistic Ministers for All School Masses and for Class and Daily Masses. Interested students should contact the School Chaplain or Campus Minister who are responsible for the coordination and training of Eucharistic Ministers. Students who participate are inducted at the first All School Mass held annually in September.
