Transfer Students

Submit request for release of records:  When you create a SchoolAdmin account and follow the steps to apply to Oakland Catholic, a request for records will be sent to your current school principal or school counselor.  All you need to do is enter his/her email address!

The following academic information is requested: 

• All available transcripts, and two years of the most recent standardized test score reports.
• Attendance and discipline records.
• Any growth plans, IEPs, or other evaluative measures pertinent to the academic success of the applicant , as well as the student's medical records on file. 

Contact the Admissions Office with any questions or specific concerns.

REQUEST RELEASE OF RECORDS/RECOMMENDATION FORM

*Please note: you will be directed to log back into your SchoolAdmin account.

Attend a required interview with the Principal of Oakland Catholic High School. Contact the Admissions Department (see below) to schedule your interview.

1. Sign the intent to enroll contract through SchoolAdmin.
2. Complete online enrollment forms through SchoolAdmin.
3. Create your FACTS Family Account with Oakland Catholic High School and pay the non-refundable $300 enrollment fee.
