For myself, athletic colleagues, and student athletes, sports are far more than physical exercise. Sports are a means to building mental endurance, leadership skills, and compassion within yourself.
Now more than ever, girls are valued as student-athletes and presented with enormous opportunities to advance, both on and off the playing surface when they demonstrate commitment to their sport. We encourage our student athletes to renew their dedication daily, understanding that talent gives some a head start, but consistency breeds excellence.

Our students have won everything from Sectional, WPIAL and State titles to full athletic collegiate scholarships and Olympic gold medals. Their discipline is overtly rewarded on the fields and courts, but also translates into stronger academic performance in the classroom and increased self-confidence in their daily lives.
