The eighth grade year is very exciting, and overwhelming at the same time.So many wonderful milestones that your daughter will achieve during this academic year! One of these events is choosing the best high school for her to attend. We would like to make this process as simple as possible for you. Follow the steps below for your daughter to become the next member of the Oakland Catholic Community.

*Please note that we will not have any access to your application until you officially submit it. Upon submission of the application, you will receive an email confirming that we received your application.

The Records Release Form must be downloaded, printed and delivered to her elementary school Principal.
- 6th grade: transcripts and standardized test scores.
- 7th grade: transcripts and standardized test scores.
- 8th grade: at least first quarter report card and standardized test scores.
Once an application has been submitted and Oakland Catholic High School receives a completed form and records from the elementary school, the Admissions Committee will begin to review the application.
It is important that the applicant and her parent/guardian follow up with the elementary school office to ensure that records are sent to Oakland Catholic High School in a timely fashion.
The exam for the Class of 2022 was offered on December 2, 2017.
The exam is used for class placement and consideration for invitation to the Joan of Arc Society of Scholars. The results are also used for awarding Merit Scholarships to the top scoring students.
The exam date has passed, therefore you should contact the Admissions Office for an alternative testing date. (firstname.lastname@example.org)
In order to register you must complete a simple two step process. (Acceptance Packets will be mailed in Februrary.)
Sign and mail in the Course Selection Sheet and the FACTS Management Form. (These forms will be mailed to you in the Acceptance Packet.)
Pay the non refundable $250.00 registration fee. This step is completed by following the instructions you receive via email from FACTS Management. (The link to complete this process will be provided in the email.)
Complete the online forms that you receive via email from OC Admissions. (All forms require an electronic signature.)
Named Scholarships will be awarded to registered students in April and May.
