Congratulations to rising sophomore Maeve McNulty on earning her Girl Scout Gold Award, the highest achievement in Girl Scouting! This spring, Maeve completed her Gold Award project in partnership with Brookline Teen Outreach, designing and leading a trauma-informed photography program for underserved youth. Through a series of workshops, participants learned photography skills while using creative expression and visual storytelling as tools for reflection, confidence-building, and self-expression. In addition to facilitating the program, Maeve developed a curriculum and resource guide that will allow Brookline Teen Outreach to continue offering the program in the future—creating a lasting impact for the youth it serves.
