Asian Cultures Club: Blending Tradition and Entrepreneurship

The Asian Cultures Club brought culture and creativity together for a hands-on exploration of matcha and business. With three guest speakers from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University, more than 30 students dove into the art and enterprise behind this traditional tea. Beyond learning how to whisk the perfect bowl, students developed their own matcha brand concepts—crafting marketing strategies, identifying target audiences, and designing pricing plans. The event seamlessly blended tradition with innovation, leaving the room energized by collaboration and entrepreneurial spirit!
