Eurochallenge in NYC

After winning the PA regional qualifying competition, the Oakland Catholic Eurochallenge team travelled to New York City to compete in the semifinal round. The OC Eurochallenge Team finished in the top 25 of 78 teams!

The Eurochallenge competition on European economic and monetary policy provides high school students the opportunity to learn about the Euro, the single market, and other concepts central to the European Union and economics. The Eurochallenge is hosted annually by the EU delegation to the United States.

Our team is made up of sophomores Melina Bui, Maren Crowley, Hannah George, and Casey Walsh, with additional research from freshman, Sheridan Cunningham.
