clauff Congratulations, Carlye Lauff has been awarded the Weiss Breakthrough Scholarship at Penn State. Only 6 incoming Penn State students are awarded this special, competitive scholarship. In addition, Carlye will participate in Weiss Scholar Seminars and meet Mr. and Mrs Weiss at the Annual Scholarship Breakfast.
