No student will be allowed to participate in any athletic activity until a completed sports physical is on file with the Athletic Trainer at Oakland Catholic in accordance with PIAA rules and regulations.

Fall sport athletes must have a sports physical turned into the Main Office by Monday, August 9th, 2010 in order to participate in the Fall Sports Season. Please DO NOT give coaches the physical forms.

The UPMC Center for Sports Medicine is offering sports physicals on Saturday July 31st, 2010. See the attached letter for more details.
